How Will I Be Kept Informed about My Case?

What does a Notary Public do?
A Notary Public verifies, certifies and authenticates documents for use abroad. This may include signatures, identity, powers of attorney, company documents and more.
Do I need an Apostille?
If your document is being used outside the UK, many countries require an Apostille from the FCDO. I can arrange this for you.
Do you offer Lasting Power of Attorney services?
Yes. I prepare and certify LPAs for clients across Chelmsford and Essex, acting as Certificate Provider and handling the OPG submission.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes — especially for LPA clients, elderly clients or those with mobility issues.
